Signs of Serendipity is SO EXCITED to support Sherwood High School PAC! Come on out to the 1st Annual Bowmen Saturday Market "preview night" on Friday, Nov. 1st for a super fun sign making workshop, featuring the best of the best!! You won’t want to miss this workshop offering 6 designs to choose from, including the brand new "Bowmen" sign with the bottom line being customizable! The very best part is Signs of Serendipity will be donating 25% of all ticket sales to SHS PAC! Come on out & create your very own 16"x21" wood sign or one of the new 18" round pieces to take home with you that night! Workshop includes pre-cut stencil and sign comes framed (if applicable) and background painted, but the rest is up to you with over 100 paint colors to choose from! Simply email: email@example.com after registering to specify which sign option you'd like, (option A, B, C, D, E or F). Space is limited, so don't wait...register today! Can't wait to see you there! This is our 1st Annual Bowmen Saturday Market, hosted by the Sherwood High School (SHS) Parent Advisory Council (PAC.) The SHS PAC is dedicated to supporting the learning environment and overall community at SHS. All funds raised at the Bowmen Saturday Market are used to support students, teachers and staff mainly through funding requests to enhance students’ educational experiences.
Vendor Space Rental Options:
*Standard booth space (approx. 10’ x 10’) = $75 + donation of item $25 retail value minimum
*Large booth space (approx. 10’ x 20’) = $150 + donation of item $25 retail value minimum
*Table space (approx. 4’ x 8’) = $25 + donation of item $25 retail value minimum
*Table rental (standard folding table) = $10 / table
*Applications are due by October 1st, 2019. Once application is accepted, payment is due immediately. Space is not reserved until payment is submitted. Applications should be submitted to President@shspac.org
*Vendor provides all tables, tents, decorations, etc. Space rental is for floor space only.
*Vendor is responsible for all set up and is required to attend both preview and main sale. (Exceptions may be considered, but only granted for extreme circumstances.)
*Set up will begin after school releases on Friday. No vendors should be on site prior to 3 pm on Fri, Nov. 1st.
*No ATM on site. It is strongly recommended that vendors accept credit cards.
*Clean up is the responsibility of each vendor and we should be off site by 6 pm on closing day.
*PAC will advertise through social media, website, and signs around town. We encourage vendors to advertise through your own media outlets. The more advertisement, the better for everyone!
*In order to provide the best shopping experience for customers, we want to provide a variety of vendors and items. To do this, we may limit certain types of vendors. Applications will be considered in the order they are received. PAC reserves the right to approve all vendors.
*Applications must be submitted by Oct. 1st. However, late applications may be considered, depending on the available space and types of vendors already confirmed.
*PAC will create a Facebook Event on their page and vendors (and community members) are encouraged to share the event. Signs and posters will be available to vendors by request.
