2019 Grad Night

During the Junior Year, parents and students focus on fundraising. This timeline is important for many reasons. By designating a year for each class to raise Grad Night funds, we do not have classes overlapping their efforts. Each year the current Junior Class is able to take full advantage of their fundraising opportunities. This allows parents to focus on planning during the senior year. Many aspects of planning require money up front. Some deposits need to be made 6 months or more in advance. Raffle and bingo prizes, gifts, t-shirts and more are purchased during the planning phase. Fundraising during the junior year allows for smoother planning during the senior year. Our goal as a Grad Night Committee is to make this celebration an affordable opportunity for ALL our students and that no students are left out due to financial restraints.

ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!! NEWBIE? NEVER PLAYED? JOIN IN! Even if you don't play, come and hang out, grab a drink or a bite to eat and cheer on your favorite player! 

Online registration now available. Checks must be received no later than Feb. 28th (details in link) or paid at the door. Online registration is open through March 1st.

Volunteer Opportunities


Students needed

This is an awesome community event and Gardner Team has generously offered to support Grad Night 2019 with some of the paid activities (admission and pictures are free.) Their only request is that we provide volunteers to help out. This would be a great opportunity for students in the Junior Class to get involved and hours can go towards NHS or other required volunteer time. Click the link and sign up below.


2018 Graduation

As Junior parents, we want to support the Seniors by providing volunteers to run check in for the 2018 Grad Night Party. We're "paying it forward" for when we want to watch our Seniors graduate next year!


Dine Out Feb. 19

All day (3 pm - 10 pm) Generations Bar and Grill in Sherwood will donate 10% of all sales to Grad Night 2019. No flyer needed. Just thank them for their generous support!

Donations Needed

We are looking for donations of unopened bottles of red and white wine and also 6-packs or cases of beer (any variety.) We would also LOVE to find a source who would be able to donate a keg or two. If you have individual donations, please drop them off at the address below. If you have a contact for a keg, please pm or email 2019gradnight@gmail.com with details.
